TGIFFFF!!!!

Thank Goodness It's Friday!!! No, I mean really THANK GOODNESS IT IS FRIDAY! Because for me this week has been like the longest week on the planet. I feel like I have been running all week long. I am just exhausted. This working 40 hrs a week thing is kicking my behind. If it were not for the fact that I believe I will not be working for someone else for the rest of my life I don't know what I would do. But anywhoo.... Since I have not posted in a while, I figure I can update you on me and give you a week's worth of information.


*note: this information may not have anything to do with anything, but since this blog is mine and has been so harshly neglected I feel obligated to fill you in.


1. I have been so tired every night this week that I have fallen in such a deep sleep that I do not remember getting up to feed the baby, yet in the morning he is laying next to me in bed, which is strange because the last thing I do remember is putting him in his own bed.


2. I cannot wait for dinner tonight! Those that know me, know that I loove to eat, and I am making chicken tacos, with fresh pico de gallo. mmm mmm good.


3. I have not picked up my camera all week. I am just itching to take some photos.


4. My dad is coming to visit from California. The girls are super excited. We have not seen him in almost a year and a half, and he can't wait to see his two new grandchildren. (pics to follow after the weekend.)


5. I am back in the choir at church. I stepped down last November because I was hugely pregnant with my boy, and my swollen elephant sized feet and ankles could not stand to stand one more minute. I had planned on coming back after the baby, but it took a while. You know coordinating feeding and services and practices and my other children. After a couple of failed attempts, I was finally able to get to practice and sing on Sunday (last Sunday), and boy was it amazing. It felt so good to be back amongst friends, and to sing my praises to the Lord. It was awesome.


6. Friday is my favorite day of the week. Well, let me clarify, friday evening right before you get off, is my favorite day of the week. Because your weekend has not started yet, there is this anticipation and build up of all the things to come and as soon as you clock out and step out those doors the world is yours. So for me it's the greatest day of the week... unless of course I have to work Saturday. ; )


7. And lastly, I have a maternity session coming up with one of my friends, she is so beautiful, I can't wait to take her picture.

I googled the word Friday, and came up with this picture, I have no idea what it is about, however it is perfect in showing how I have been feeling all week, just beat up! But thank you, thank you Lord it is friday, and the weekend can finally begin!
