It was one of those days. You know the ones, where summer is just beginning, it is not too hot yet, the kids are out of school, and you could not stand to work one more minute-even if it was for the President. Yes, I had one of those. I had the pleasure of being off with my children, with absolutely nothing to do, and no
feeling like I had anything to do, which made it all the more sweeter. I love my kids, and sometimes with work and all that, priorities get a little shifted. But when I am able to just spend time and enjoy them, that is when I am reminded that they are truly gifts, and that God is good, and that we must treasure them for who they are.
Enjoy my loves today as I did that day, and am reminding myself to do everyday.
